The Gratitude Challenge
Day 1: Write down three things you're grateful for about your home, whether it's the cozy nook where you unwind, the smell of your morning coffee, or the warmth of your favorite blanket.
Day 2: List three people you're thankful for and why in your life, adding specific memories or qualities that make each person special. From those who offer you some stability, those who keep you in check, those who remind you why you are here, those who challenge you, and those you admire and aspire to be like.
Day 3: Consider three aspects of your health that you appreciate, such as the energy to pursue your passions or the ability to savor your favorite flavors. Access to nourishing food, the ability of your senses, and being thankful for restful sleep and restful moments, among other examples.
